Main responsibilities:
Provide a full range of human resources support and counsel to the management within Technology, Purchasing & Supply Management and Global Marketing
Define and ensure effective processes to secure recruitment/development and retention of required competencies/capabilities
Provide managers with advice on questions relating to good practice and legal compliance in HR matters
Support managers on operational labour and employee relations matters
Coach individual managers in the application of the Volvo Way principles in their teams and in identifying and acting on their own development needs
Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent competence in related field required
Good knowledge of HR practice, regulations, labor laws etc
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Consultative, confidentiality and discretion when dealing with people
Good English verbal and written skills
