Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a term used in Automotive. HMI at Autoliv is to understand the implications of our products from an end user perspective. And give feedback to the development organization on user response on different designs/products and provide selling arguments for marketing of our products.
Assignments
As HMI test leader you will be part of the Autoliv HMI team. You will take part in all steps of HMI-studies and lead the data collection phase. To lead the data collection phase means that you prepare and execute HMI user studies.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position we believe you have good communication and organizing/planning skills. You like to understand how things work and look for a deeper understanding to solve problems. Preferably you 'll have a background in an area where you are used to meet and communicate to a lot of people and you like to network. You are excellent at reading and writing technical documents (test instructions, test reports) and you have good knowledge and understanding for data collection an analysis. If you previously have worked with user studies it 's a merit. The position requires you to be fluent in both Swedish and English language, both verbally and in writing.
On a formal level we believe you to have an university degree (Bachelor or Master) in engineering in a relevant area for the position. You also have a strong interest in how humans and machines interact from an user perspective. You will be located in our Global Innovation Center in Vargarda.

In Vargarda we also produce inflators and special products such as hood lifters and child seats. In total we have approx. 400 employees.
