We are now looking for a People & Culture manager who, with experience of HR and with home decorating interest, wants to join and contribute to this ambition.

About you
We are looking for a brave and inspiring People & Culture Manager! You communicate easily and have the ability to create good and trustful relationships. Most importantly you have the ability to develop both people and business. You are experienced in leading and coaching in a constantly changing environment. We are looking for you who have previous experience as HR-manager and leading leaders, preferably in combination with change management from a larger organisation.

You have a strong drive for change and results, and the ability to challenge established processes and ways of working. To thrive and perform in the role you possess a high energy level which affects others. Additional to your experience, we value personality highly. You strive to create an environment where the IKEA values are a strong and living reality and were leading by example is important. You are committed to make IKEA a great place to work and continue to develop a trustful climate that encourages an open and honest dialogue.

Last but not least you have the ability to coach and support the management team to be proactive in processes such as recruitment and staff-turnover. We want you to be able to see the big picture as well as feel committed and engaged in the smaller things that might be necessary to make the big picture even better. We have ambitious plans for the future and need your overview and perspective on the mission and way forward!

About the job
Our HR-manager is having parental leave and there for we search you who is interested in this mission for five months. You will work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment. You are responsible for ensuring, challenging and developing both the way we lead our business as well as our people processes. You are part of our management team, where you are expected to be a business partner, driving an agenda with a focus on our co-workers, our customers and sales. As our People & Culture manager you proactively develop our leadership, organization and competence. You work with coaching, recruitment, work environment, succession and change management. We offer you an exciting and unique opportunity to be a part of creating a new IKEA!

In the role you also lead our work with competence development and internal communication.
You will lead a team of, as of today, four highly skilled specialists within the HR-area. You will also work in close connection to People & Culture market area organization whom will support you with strategies and long term plans. The People & Culture organization is in an implementation phase and therefor there will be room for development of this role going forward.
