We want you to be a person who accomplish goals, complete tasks, and achieve results. You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility. You express your ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication and are able to interact and engage naturally with both managers and co-workers. We believe that you have an education within HR and preferable some years of experience from a HR/P&C position. Preferably you have experienced from working with recruitment and employer branding, working environment, labor law, leadership development and/or competence development.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In the Distribution Site in Torsvik we are 1250 co-workers with the responsibility to deliver goods to our customers and IKEA Stores on the Nordic market.
Your role as People & Culture Generalist is to act as a business partner to managers at the site in Torsvik. You will support managers and co-workers to be able to deliver results. You provide People & Culture expertise and ensure that the People & Culture strategies are put into practice.
You will:
Execute local People & Culture tasks according to common People & Culture processes
Support recruitment and onboarding of the right talents
Support building business competence, leadership capabilities and ensure learning and training activities
Contribute and secure administrative processes
Act as local People & Culture point of contact supporting co-workers and leaders with everyday people related questions and challenges
Ensures that all processes in the unit work with the labor relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws
This is a temporary employment for at least a year. It is a full-time position to be filled as soon as possible. You will be a part of the Unit People & Culture team and report to People & Culture Unit Manager.

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
