As HR Site Manager, you're responsible for all HR related topics connected to our sites in Sandviken and Kista, consisting of 650 employees, and you enthusiastically engage in our most valuable asset - our people! Your missionIn this position, you lead and develop a team of HR professionals in supporting our business needs and acting on priorities related to the HR agenda. Focusing on both strategic and operational activities, you ensure a structured HR function that builds confidence throughout the entire organization. Your primarily responsibilities include industrial relations and HR legal compliance, and you closely interact with the union representatives. Using your experience and business understanding, you manage and coordinate HR projects and improvement initiatives, and you're a strong driving force in bringing success in our trainee program and various development activities. To establish best practices and find synergies in our processes, you collaborate with other HR site managers in Sweden, and you promote and contribute to a common HR delivery on a national level. Who you are makes all the difference!We are looking for someone with a degree in Human Resources, along with relevant work experience from the field, preferably from a managerial position. You are skilled in building teams, managing stakeholders, understanding business contexts and ensuring competence development. The ability to work effectively within a matrix organization is key to success in this role, as is experience from leading change initiatives. You interact with local stakeholders, which means you must be fluent in Swedish, and as you work in an international environment, you also need excellent English skills. You are a true ambassador regarding people management, and your open mind and flexible approach creates an inviting, inclusive and collaborative environment. You encourage people to share knowledge and develop in their profession, and with an eye for identifying improvements, you make your mark on our HR community.
