The HR Officer will report to Head of HR and will be a member of one ore more sub management teams.
The HR Officer will be fully responsible to drive its own organization despite the fact that it is a sub organization.
A central Human Resource Center provides support and service regarding training, recruitment, expatriates, salaries etc.
In order to be successful in your job you need to have the following:
• An academic degree at University level within a relevant field for the position.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience within the HR Officer role, preferably from an international environment.
• A must is earlier experience from working with organizational development and resource management, as well as being responsible for a line management team.
• In addition to the above you need to be good at
• Giving daily support and coaching to managers on all levels
• The English language both verbally and written, Swedish is a plus but not necessary
• Swedish labour law
• MS Office, very high computer skills is needed, SAP is a plus but not necessary
• Structure your own job, driving own issues, being service minded and able to overview and handle a large amount of tasks at the same time with quality
