• Responsible for the management of the outsourced payroll and all contact with the payroll provider
• Support and advise managers and employees on HR and remuneration matters
• Recruitment - ensure that we attract and retain the best employees
• HR and payroll administration
• Actively work to enhance existing and creating new processes to improve our work at the HR & payroll department
• Participate in projects at the station
