What you will be part of
You will be working in a corporate environment with Human Resources, Group Functions. You will have a split 50/50 position working 50 procent specific with International Assignment (IA) and the other 50 procent you will be working for the whole Human Resources Group Functions team. Group Human Resources consist of HR specialist teams such as, Academy, Compensation and Benafits, HR Operation of Excellence & Talent Acquisition and Labour Law & Industrial Relations. You report directly to Head of International Assignment. IA, a sub function to Labour Law & Industrial Relations, is responsible for the processes and programs of moving employees over borders when they get international assignments. The team consists of six employees located in Järfälla and Linköping.

Your role
For the IA part of the position you will be involved in developing the role together with the group. Your contribution to the team will be as an proactive adminstrator and coordinator. The position includes administrative task, being responsible for structuring, developing and manage our processes. Keep in contact with certain suppliers such as, relocation firms, tax consultants and visa officers is also part of your job. But most important you will be a helping hand in contacts with Saabs expatriates, for example when it comes to induction and contacts with training providers etc.
For the other part of the position your main responsibilities will be as an administrator and editor for the HR parts "People" of our intranet, Saabnet. You will establish and maintain the current structure of the HR pages and function as an assistant, keeping track of documents, change request etc. for the Human Resources Group Function team. You will also provide support to the process owner in managing and administer People Lifecycle in Saabs Global Management System.

Your experiences and skills
You recently graduated from an HR and / or Communication related education and has experience with administrative tasks.  Knowledge from an international environment and good understanding of different cultures is very valuable.  Experience in working with communicative tasks, in an HR system, with document management and / or digital collaboration forums (eg SharePoint) is a plus.
You think it's fun and are good at working with administrative digital tasks. You possess good judgment when it comes to written and editorial content. You are well structured - still adaptive - with a powerful drive to get things done. You have integrity, the ability to priorities and collaborative skills. Who you are, your positive attitude it's what's most important to us.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
