Would you like to make an impact? We are now looking for a Human Resources manager to play a critical role in our Company during a period of 1,5 year where the original position holder is on parental leave.

In this key position you will have the responsibility to ensure that HR issues are well managed and that deployment of HR practices are consistent throughout HQ Site. A special focus will be on HR projects and processes aswell as HR questions that involve labor law, HR regulations and policies for HQ. You will operate within the parameters of global HR strategies and policies, as well as overall business strategies. You will be a part of the HR HQ Team and report to the Head of HR HQ Site.

Key accountabilities

Lead and/or coordinate HR processes like salary reviews, rehabilitation, redundancy coordination or other tasks regulated by law, legislation, collective agreements etc. to secure one way of working
Secure that HR deliveries at the site is compliance with labor law and collective agreements as well as local policies and regulations.
Secure that HR policies and regulations are in place and up to date
Initiate and manage change projects in order to drive HR development and deployment at HQ Site in one or more defined areas of expertise.
Develop effective working procedures in order to establish an efficient administration.

Qualifications

For this position a University degree in relevant field is required as well as at least 5 years of related qualified Human Resources experience. You have a strong understanding of Swedish Work Legislation and union practices as well as strong project management skills. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken.

The successful applicant has a high level of customer focus and with a results oriented mindset. You are used to perform with high quality within deadlines.
