As we are currently building the organization within Nevs and growing fast, we need to strengthen our HR function and we are therefore looking for a HR Manager
Description
As HR Manager, you will be the daily business partner supporting our managers in HR related matters such as Organizational building, Talent Management, Competence Management, Rehabilitation and other HR related processes. You will be the part of the functional management team and support with coaching and guidelines within the entire field of HR. Your HR colleagues will consist of an HR team of 7 persons and in this role you will report to the VP Human Resources.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent,
• at least five years of experience of qualified HR work,
• experience of working with collective agreements Teknikavtalet IF Metall and Teknikavtalet Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/Ledarna,
You master English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
If you have experience form HR work within International business, mainly in China, that would be very valuable.
To be successful in this role, you need to;
• be business oriented,
• be able to build trust in relations with managers and employees,
• thrive in a changing environment,
• have the ability to deal with ambiguity and be solution oriented,

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
