HR Intern
Our HR teamessentially works with the people managers at KRY and all employees within our dream teams. We're responsible for setting up processes and routines regarding compensation, benefits, perks, learning and development, labour law, company culture, recruitment, employer branding and much more is yet to come. We're supporting KRY Group to help shape the future of KRY by being business driven, fast-paced, creative, never giving up even if it's not always rosy and never to stop learning from each other.
Are you an HR Student looking for an Internship during spring term 2018 or a part time job? We're looking for an HR intern to join our growing HR team. You will get to work close to our Head of HR and HR Generalist as well as several stakeholders within our organization. We want you to kickstart your HR career with us and grow with KRY!
You will:
• Be involved in recruitment processes by scanning CV's, set up requirement profiles and write job ads well as learn interview techniques
• Support with onboarding for new KRYers and coming up with new ideas for making it even more exciting and efficient
• Support organization with various HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
• Learn how to build and scale HR in a rapidly growing country
Who are you?
• Completed 1.5+ years of university studies within HR
• You are probably studying and are able to work two days a week or do a full-time internship during Spring term 2018 via your University
• You are driven, social, have a strong work-ethic and are a problem solver
• Experience in fast-paced environment preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box''
• Thrive under pressure and keep deadline
• Fluent in English, oral and written
You will be based in our centrally placed Stockholm office.

Employment:Temporary Employment (25-50%) or full-time internship for at least 8 weeks.
