hela Sverige Recruitment backgroundTwo of our group functions: Human Resources (HR) and Legal, Ethics & Compliance need to strengthen their teams with a professional resource who will manage a variety of communications, information and training needs at group level, as well as heading up our Ethics Ambassador Program. The role will have 50/50 dual reporting to Malin Bendz, EVP HR and Pontus Selderman, Lead Counsel Ethics and Compliance, with a clear opportunity to build synergies in certain aspects of the work, for example employee engagement and culture.Key tasks:· Develop and implement annual communications activity plans for both HR and Ethics & Compliance, anchoring key priorities with stakeholders within the two functions.· Develop, review, update and where necessary restructure intranet sections and content for both functions, to ensure effective, accurate and timely access to relevant information for different target groups in the company.· Planning and production of newsletters, articles, films and other digital and print content to support strategy, communications activities and storytelling for each of the functions. · Initiating activities to meet communication needs in line with the overall business strategy and overseeing production of training materials for the two functions. Additionally, measuring and assessing the impact of campaigns. · Running and developing the Ethics Ambassador Program and its network.· Engaging in overall communications and functions networks.Candidate profile:Requirements:· University degree· At least 5 years' relevant experience working with employee communications and engagement in an international environment or global company· Good business understanding and general interest· Fluent in English - both orally and in writing, with strong experience in English content production· Fluent in usage of Microsoft Office suite· Experienced user of online publishing tools, such as Sharepoint and SitecoreMeritable:· Experience in interactive, online training campaigns· Experience with employee ambassador programs· Abilities in Mandarin, Portuguese or Russian· Good knowledge of HR, ethics and compliance - and how these areas work within global organizationsPersonal characteristics:· Strong project management skills· Structured and independent in work execution· Service oriented and proactive · Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and enthuse others· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to relate to and build confidence among people on different levels· Strong sense of ethics and values, practicing what he/she preaches Application & ContactsFor questions about the position or the department, contact Hiring Manager Lead Counsel, Ethics and Compliance Pontus Selderman, +46 70 594 85 20, Pontus.Selderman@Storaenso.com or HR Manager Magdalena Hallberg, +46 73 036 01 95,
