hela Sverige For Axis in Lund, we are now looking for a HR Coordinator! This is a full-time consulting assignment via Wise Professionals, starting in August and is expected to last six months, with the possibility of extension.

What will you do as HR Coordinator?
Working with HR within a growth company often means being good at carrying several hats at the same time. You will have a fun and exciting everyday life at Axis. However, the good thing is that you are not alone, the HR organization in Lund, HR specialists and HR operations, will work together with you to deliver the best possible employee experience for your areas. You will support and corporate with Axis R&D organisation team, where your role is to take responsibility to coordinate and support the managers in their recruitment process.
In addition to above your role will include:
Advertisement writing
Screening
Telephone interviews
Booking first and second interviews
Reference taking
Go through spontaneous applications
Give feedback to candidates
Expanding candidate network in the organisation
Who are we looking for?
We believe you are a driven, efficient, and structured HR Coordinator that love working with people as well as systems.
We would like to see that you have worked in a similar role before and you have an education in HR and relevant working life experience. Preferably if you have worked in an industry focused on technology and IT before and understand the industry. You are probably at the beginning of your career and have a drive and commitment to develop in recruitment. To thrive in this position, you need to be persistent with good patience, as the entire position is based on reaching candidates via phone calls and research. You have a proactive mindset, where finding possibilities to improve and create new ideas comes naturally and is something you enjoy.
