Damco Sweden is seeking an experienced HR Consultant who is driven by the opportunity to support an organization in growth.

Key responsibilities:
You will be a member of the Nordic HR Team and will have the operational responsibility for HR in your specific part of the organization.

Within your area, you are responsible for developing the human capabilities according to the agreed business strategies and objectives. This includes the following areas of responsibility:

• Performance management
• Talent management
• Leadership development
• Act as a sparring partner to the senior leaders on a day-to-day basis
• Impatriation/Expatriation
• Responsible for recruitment and placing the best-fit candidate in the right role within timeline.
• Support leaders in employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
• Negotiation with unions.
• Act as super user for all HR systems.

Who are we looking for:
The position calls for a result-oriented, structured and detailed oriented person how can communicate hard data into concrete HR initiatives that will support growing our business further.
The ideal candidate will bring with him/her following capabilities:
• University degree
• 3-5 years in HR preferably from multinational or international organizations.
• A team player, high sense of urgency, focus on delivering result, able to prioritize and work independently.
• Good negotiation skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to drive HR processes such as talent management and performance management.
• Ability to coach leaders on the HR impact on business (recruiting decisions, engagement, leadership behaviors etc.)
• Experience within recruitment, HR administration and labour law.
• Knowledge in SAPHR is an added advantage.
