We are looking for a person with an analytical mindset to join our Human Resources team, based at Skanska Group headquarter in Stockholm. The function consists of three persons, supporting Skanska Group HQ. Job description
You and your team are responsible for delivering HR services to Skanska Group HQ, consisting of two companies, Skanska AB and Skanska Financial Services. You will coach and work closely with your managers to attract, recruit, retain, develop the company's employees. Throughout the HR field, you handle both operational and strategic issues in a consultative and business-oriented manner. You will be an important resource in spreading the company's values. You will work both independently and in collaboration with others to develop and operate various processes in the HR area, ensuring an effective and efficient organization.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this position holds an academic degree in Human Resources and has a solid and broad experience of qualified HR work. We think that you are a person who dares to challenge ingrained practices and have the ability to communicate in a clear yet humble manner. A high level of English and Swedish, both written and spoken, as well as excellent communication skills, is required. Experience of an international working environment is seen as great advantage.
As an individual you are positive, open to change and results-oriented. You understand how important HR is to create competitiveness and your drive comes from the opportunity to develop business as well as people. You relate to people in a professional and empathic way, and build relationships based on confidence and trust. You are comfortable working with deadlines and you define yourself as a team player. The position involves close cooperation with the top management of Skanska Group and demands a stable and well-founded person.
