HR Business Partner (temporary) Convergys Helsingborg

What will your day look like?
The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. As our current HRBP is going on Paternity Leave, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us and to work in close collaboration with the business leaders locally, but also with HR colleagues across the organization.

You will work in all functional areas of the Human Resources department, which may include recruitment, onboarding, employment, administration, employee and/or labor relations, payroll, training and organizational development. You will report to the HR Director for Northern Europe and will have one direct report.

You will need to demonstrate:
• The ability to understand and drive business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within Convergys and its international corporate environment
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment along with the ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
• Coaching and mentoring ability at management level, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and success in maintaining and developing employee relations, must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
• A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
• Broad experiences in working with labor law and payroll processes

Requirements
Need to have:
• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 year related experience
• Proven track record within multiple HR disciplines
• Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment - with minimal daily oversight
• Good collaboration skills, as well as analytical-, communication-, interpersonal-, and influencing skills. We also believe that you take on challenges with a strong sense of commitment and are eager to work in a global environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Be able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently; willing to jump in and assist where needed

This is an approx. 10 month temporary role that may lead into other positions within Convergys. Planned start date is 2nd of May 2016.
