hela Sverige We have an exciting opening for an experienced HR Business Partner who likes a good challenge and is ready for a next development step in an international environment. In this role you will support three business units within AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals - Surface Chemistry, Ethylene and Sulfur Derivatives, and Industrial Chemicals. The role is based in our Regional Headquarter in Stenungsund.
As HR Business Partner you will be a member of the Management Teams for Supply Chain, RD&I and Site Marieholm (IC), both handling day-to-day business and being involved in strategic decisions. You will partner with senior stakeholders and provide HR support to the businesses in order to realize future strategies and plans.

• Provide leadership, HR expertise and partnership to the management teams to agree on appropriate Human Resource objectives, metrics, processes and plans to ensure a talented, capable and engaged workforce
• Take proactive part in management teams and support business initiatives from an HR perspective
• Implementation of HR Operating model including systems, processes and policies for Surface Chemistry, ESD and IC in Sweden
• Develop and sustain leadership and workforce capabilities
• Responsible for driving, monitoring and sharing HR best practices and providing guidance on country nuances and country market conditions, especially for managers abroad and employees based in Sweden
• Developing and leading implementation of health related activities
• Coordination of all Union related issues in Stenungsund Office and RD&I for Surface Chemistry, ESD and IC
• Responsible for adherence to local legislation and works council in Sweden
• University degree in HR, legal or other related areas
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in HR or an HR supporting function
• Experience with a multinational business environment and international/cross-functional teams
• Preferably prior experience in working with Management Teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior management
• Responsible and independent with problem-solving capabilities
• High integrity and able to cope with pressure
• Fluent in Swedish and English
