The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is very important for us to maintain a high performance organization, by working closely with the business. The main focus is to support the business strategy and its aligned people priorities. We are now looking to appoint an HR Business Partner, ready for a challenging role in change management, to a position located in Gimo.
Key performance areas
As HRBP you will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR perspective. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing to setting the roadmap for the future of the production and creating synergies with other Sandvik entities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting the business in performance, talent and succession management, questions regarding diversity and inclusion, and HR controlling. You will also be a member of the plant management team.
You will support managers in conducting change initiatives by offering expertise and tools and work to ensure compliance with global policies. In this role you will take full ownership of the HR delivery model and have continual dialogue and cooperation with HR Services to make sure the business gets high quality service.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or a similar field, with wide experience from the area of change management and a leading role from strategic HR. Experience from negotiations and employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements and recruiting is advantageous. You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking, are a role model with respect to people management and bring an inclusive perspective to your work.
