Danone is recruiting an HR Business partner to lead the HR management at the factory in Lunnarp, Österlen. You will report directly to Nordic HR Director (based in Stockholm). You will have close interaction with the Factory Director and other Department managers in the factory.
Primary responsibilities of HR Business Partner
• Responsibility for HR Management in the factory, meaning responsibility for reaching and report set targets concerning day-to-day processes in the factory, performance management, salary reviews and other HR related priorities.
• Cooperation with the Labour unions
• Supporting the department managers in recruitment
• Be an important pillar in the Nordic HR function and provide insights and knowledge around the Swedish market that can further build the right strategies and plans for the future.
• Help to further create and spread positive atmosphere in the factory as well as in the company overall.
• Be a part of other HR related projects that can be cross-functional or Nordic based projects.
Requirements:
• Preferred minimum 3 years of experience from working in a similar HR function, as a HR Manager or HR specialist.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish labour law and union co-operations, including negotiations and agreement evaluations
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Excellent user of Power point and Excel
• Masters degree or similar is required
