To our Head Quarter in Kista, Fujitsu Nordic's HR team is now looking for a
Nordic Region HR Bid & Employee Transfer Specialist
Transfer of people from one entity to another is often a part of our business. Fujitsu recognises that successful transfer of employees is not solely about compliance with regulation and guidance; we believe that winning the "hearts and minds" of those transferring is equally important.  We have extensive experience of transitioning individuals with over 13,000 employees joining us over the past 20 years.
It is in this area we would like to even more focus on and develop our processes and knowledge cross Nordic in order to be as efficient as possible and develop a "best-in-class" Human Resources framework that is specifically designed to support the seamless transfer of people. People are at the heart of our business - they are the key asset of our company why this area is highly focused and prioritised.
You will be the Nordic Single Point of Contact for the HR and Sales community in the Region but also a single point of contact for other Regions around the world into the Nordic area. You are the subject matter expert representative for Nordic Region where you will collect and share knowledge/information in order to develop and create effectiveness of HR involvement in bids cross Nordic.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Build up the Nordic Region HR Bid and Employee Transferoffice with necessary tools, routines, processes and documentations/templates
• Establish good relationships with country HR Leads within Nordics as well as with other Regions' HR Leads and subject matter experts
• Create a European network with HR Bid and Employee transfer specialists in order to sharing best practise & collaboration
• Collect information, share it, keep it updated - through dedicated channels
• Proactively support local Nordic HR team in bid activities
• Further develop the Nordic Region HR Bid and Employee Transferoffice based on local and Regional needs
• Act as coordinator and/or project lead in bids where more than one country is involved of which one of the countries is within the Nordic region
• Represent Fujitsu in front of customer
• Work in cooperation with Marketing in order to get good HR bid materials in place
• Lead without being the formal manager
Expected experiences:
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian Labour Law and a understanding of Collective Agreements. A general good understanding of allNordic countries' Labour Law will be an advantage
• Experience of leading international projects
• Very good communication skills
• Very good in English, both verbal and written
• Negotiation skills
• Good understanding and experience of Change Management.
