CellaVision's HR department is currently expanding and looking for a student who wants to take on a developing role as HR Assistant in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an excellent opportunity for you who want to get firsthand experience from a professional HR department along with your university studies.
About the Position
The HR team in Lund consists of Vice President HR, HR Manager, HR Specialist, and a part-time HR Assistant. Through strategic partnership and collaboration, the HR department recruits, develops, and retains a high-performing and diverse workforce and fosters a healthy, safe, and productive work environment to maximize individual and organizational potential, and position CellaVision as an employer of choice.
This position offers an opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day operations of our HR department where your main task will be to assist the team in their daily work. It is a fast-paced, international environment where priorities shift from day to day.
Key tasks as HR Assistant
Be a support in the recruitment process:
• Review applications
• Support in the candidate selection process
• Conduct telephone interviews
• Invite candidates to interview
• Reference checks
• Support in administrative tasks surrounding the recruitment process
In addition, you will gain insight into different procedures related to human resources and your work tasks will span over a greater scope based on the needs and priorities of the team. General tasks will be administration and updating the HRM system and policies, support onboarding/offboarding of new employees, and employer branding activities.
Who you are
• You have an ongoing bachelor's within Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years left of your studies.
• You are ambitious and meticulous in your way of working.
• You work well independently and can easily prioritize between different tasks.
• You have good English and Swedish written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Interested in joining our team?
The position includes approximately 4-8 hours of work per week with the possibility of more during summers and holidays. The position is placed in CellaVision headquarter in Lund, but partial remote work on recommendations by the authorities will be possible. Start: During the spring of 2021.
