Role & Responsibilities
The HR and Travel Assistant is responsible to the company for the effective assistance in handling of the HR administrative and travel aspects of company business in Seavus Sweden.
Within his/her field of responsibility, the position is expected to be responsible for:
Required skills:
• Strong administration skills
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
• A high level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• To enjoy working with people
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Understanding the Labor Law
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creation and control of the HR Budget
• Participate in creation of Job Ads
• Participate in creation of Job Description
• Vacations, days off and sick leaves administration
• Manage health and pension insurance
• Implement and track employment contracts
• Administer Employee?s file
• Creation of employee turnover analysis and other relevant reports
• Administer all issues related with the employment and dismissal
• Activities regarding visa issuing
Reporting lines
Direct reporting to the HR and Travel Department
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration would be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 2 year of prior experience on relevant position.
• Express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• High level of skills in all Microsoft Office
