What you 'll need to have:
• 2 years of experience in any HR related role
• High level proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge in VBA is a plus
• Comfortable to use and develop digital tools
• Ability to connect people and ideas in both tactical and operational perspective
• Basic concepts in different HR functions and people yearly cycle
• Resilient and service minded
• Analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.

Good to have would also include the experience in using any HRIS, HR KPIs and metrics. Previous experience of working in a matrix organisation on a digitalization journey would of course be splendid!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a HR administrator, you are responsible to provide support to the P&C Business Partners and line managers in a responsive and high-quality manner with the following tasks:
• Generate and deliver HR related reports from HRIS;
• Review and improve internal ways of working and best practices;
• Develop and maintain tools such as HR related templates in response to the business changes;
• Prepare and handle co-worker documents such as employment contracts and leave applications;
• Participate projects in the people yearly cycle;
• Resolve ad hoc HR requests

TOGETHER AS A TEAM
This role is a real superhero that will enable the Group Functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing HR administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements.
This role will be located in Malmö, Sweden and report to Babs Helldahl, P&C HR Administration manager.
