Job: Tender and Sales coordinator

Reports to: Sales Manager PSS, Nordics
BACKGROUND
Within Hill-Rom there are three business units: Patient Support Systems, Front Line Care and Surgical Solutions. Innovation remains a key strategy for Hill-Romand in 2017, new products contributed approximately $150 million in revenue, continuing the company's long heritage of product and medical technology innovation. The introduction of new products across the business is expected to drive accelerated revenue growth and margin expansion in 2018 and beyond. The Revenue for the company is expected to exceed $3 billion by 2020, while adjusted operating margins are expected to approach 20 percent.
The business area structure is aligned by product type and contains the following units:
• Patient Support Systems - globally provides our specialty bed frames and surfaces and mobility solutions, as well as our clinical workflow solutions which specializes in software and information technologies to improve care and deliver actionable insight to caregivers and patients.
• Front Line Care - globally provides respiratory care products and sells medical diagnostic monitoring equipment and a diversified portfolio of physical assessment tools that assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of illnesses and diseases.
• Surgical Solutions - globally provides products that improve surgical safety and efficiency in the operating room including tables, lights, pendants, positioning devices and various other surgical products and accessories.

The position - Tender and Sales coordinator
The Tender and Sales coordinator is a key and centrally placed role with focus on support to the sales organization through meticulous handling and timely submission of tenders as well as daily business and sales support.
The Tender and Sales coordinator collaborates closely with the Sales Managers in different product areas and with the sales team as well as the Business Operations Manager. The role is placed in Stockholm and reports to Sales Manager PSS Nordics.
Responsibilities
• To provide efficient support to the sales force and the customers by impeccable handling and timely submission of tenders and quotations.
• To support the organisation with managing the Hill-Rom Website and review local marketing material
• To provide daily business and sales support including distribution of sales material.
• To ensure that customer facing platforms are up to date
Other specific responsibilities include:
• Keeping track of and maintaining up to date data records of the overall tender agenda
• Monitoring journal advertisements for tenders/quotations, obtaining and handling of relevant pre-purchase questionnaires, producing and submitting final tender/quotation document
• Monitoring and executing price calculations
• Developing and updating the wording of tenders and quotations in cooperation with Sales
• Ensure that all material is translated in a correct language
• Ensure that material is in place at exhibitions
• Ensure that customer facing platforms always are up-to-date
Required profile
We are looking for a candidate that has some experience in working with tenders or sales support. The person is thorough with an ability to pay attention to detail and yet able and willing to be flexible. The person knows how to plan his/her work but also functions well pressure. Learning agility, taking own initiative are corner stones in an organisation undergoing transformation.
Education and experience
• University degree
• Excellent knowledge of local language
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of managing tenders and quotations as well of LOU and other tender regulations
• Must be computer literate working with email, Excel, Word,

• Fast and willing learner
• Excellent communication skills across the organization
• Hands on mentality.
• Demonstrates high level of engagement, and self-starter attitude.
• Loyal and discreet, positive can-do mind-set, easy to work with, intuition towards others.
