What do we offer
At Parts Business Development, we establish, carry out and/or assign parts profitability improvements within a variety of areas. We utilize the strengths of our company 's departments together with a market/customer perspective in order to create a sustainable and holistic business approach.
Increased and intensified corporate electrification strategy has led to an increased demand for replacement and sourcing of High Voltage (HV) Batteries. In order to secure the customer demand throughout the lifecycle and to be able to offer cost efficient solutions to maintain residual value of the vehicles, a HV Battery reuse/remanufacturing process needs to be developed, established and maintained throughout.
What you'll do
As a High Voltage Battery Business Developer, you will be responsible for:
* Develop a reuse/remanufacturing process for current and future HV Batteries
* Drive and coordinate the HV Battery reuse/remanufacturing program throughout
* Develop commercial offer & sales program for reused HV batteries
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a university degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant area. Since you will be in a role of project managing it is important that you are experienced in that, preferably with business projects. We also see that your English is excellent, verbally and written. It is meritorious if you have a business acumen.
Personal qualities
We are looking for you that have a holistic view and a strategic mindset. Since you will work with a new article, it is important that you like problem solving, can adapt easily to different circumstances and come up with new solutions. You are powered by development and believe that cooperation is the way moving forward. You will get in contact with many people, there is where your great communication and networking skills are proved.
