Within the electrification sector, we are the team that has the responsibility to develop and secure the Premium Charging Experience. Our goal is to make it safe, easy and seamless so that the customer is confident in knowing that the Scania truck is reliable and will always be ready to go.

About this opportunity
We are looking for a Scrum Master for our cross-functional team between R&D and Sales & Marketing, who is driven to secure the Premium Charging Experience through our Charging functions and solutions. The charging experience is highly dependent on our functions working seamlessly between charger and vehicle, as well as offboard applications such as fleet management portals and mobile apps.

• you have the experience or/and a passion for leading and coaching cross-functional teams
• you believe in the agile culture, methods and processes
• you are interested in working with a mix of leadership and understanding technical tasks/issues and can describe these in an understandable way too many stakeholders
• you take joy in seeing the team succeed and have an interest in group dynamics.
