The Job
You will be in charge of usability, design and structure in website building projects. It will be your responsability to make sure the user navigates in a desired way that will generate many leads for the end client, which is the objective. You have knowledge of human cognition and pride yourself in creating business-related results through and with your team. You are expected to create wireframes and thorough process flows that will form a base for interactive and design related work. You are also expected to perform usability testing procedures making sure your solutions work as desired. You will work with the whole process - from initial planning, conceptualizing and strategizing, to hands on design work. Last but not least, this is a leader role in which you are expected to lead the rest of the design team towards top usability/design/conversion results.
Desired Competences
