We are looking to fill the position as our new Head of Support. This role will include complete responsibility for setting the structure of the company's support organization, including different customer segments (solar PV, energy etc.) which includes delivering first class support to our customers as well as to our coworkers on a global level. You find the right balance between services and sales and continuously evaluate the effect of the services and support we provide.
The overall areas you will be responsible for on a high level are:
• Setting and implementing a scalable, efficient, and state of the art global support organization and structure.
• Continuously monitor and bring in the latest thinking into support and services area to ensure Svea Solar keep the highest quality to its customers.
• Develop the department to handle new branches of SVEA with a broader spectrum of customers.
• Evolve and implement KPIs with feedback structure for continuous improvements into other parts of the business.
• Continuously monitoring root cause analysis for support and minimizing future need together with other departments.
• Driving initiatives and contributing with ideas and collaboration within the operations steering group.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure an inclusive and developing environment with a clear direction and purpose.
• You act as sounding board to the team members to handle the most demanding matters in our channels the ensure quality in the delivery of our service.

Education and Experience
• University Degree
• Preferably education within Leadership and/or customer handling
• +5 years from support departments, preferably both internal and external support
• Experience from managing teams and/or project management
• Strong understanding of business economics
• Fluency in English is a requirement
