KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide leadership in identifying opportunities and helping customers to evaluate TCS' solutions and services
• Identify and understand key business challenges through interaction with key stakeholders, decision makers of customer / prospect organizations to build transformational solutions in line with their business goals and aspirations
• Identify future trends covering technology, industry and societal aspect through self and external research
• Develop futuristic business models, recommendations to business strategy and technology led solutions
• Evangelize and apply TCS Business 4.0TM framework to establish initiatives that can help drive customer's business growth
• Evangelize and apply innovation, ecosystem and platform business models across TCS' customers and prospects across Nordic and European region
• Provide solution direction and strategy for key / complex sales opportunities and transformation initiatives taking account of TCS Insurance and Banking solutions and offerings in IT, Consulting, Business Process Services space and TCS' partner ecosystems
• Position TCS Insurance and Banking services as a solution of choice across Nordics and European market
• Work closely with TCS client account management and sales teams to drive business growth leveraging innovation and future business models
• InsurTech / FinTech / Startup collaboration for ecosystem development within Europe working collaboratively with TCS Research & Innovation teams

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 20+ years of experience of working with IT Services and Consulting organization managing large sized engagements in client servicing environments with over two years of work experience in a similar role in the Nordics or European region ensuring superior customer satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge in diverse Technologies, IT Services, Consulting and Solutions for the Insurance and Banking sector
• Excellent client facing skills, self-driven and ability to actively engage and work with senior business and IT stakeholders such as CxO / IT Directors within the customer / prospect organizations, and present strategic solutions
• Good understanding of Insurance business and preferably Banking as well in leveraging existing and emerging technologies to develop new business propositions, business models and associated technology led solutions for customer organizations
• Excellent client facing skills and capable of engaging with CXOs in a purposeful and credible manner to present strategic solutions
• Excellent team building skills to bring together cross functional teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within Nordic and other European locations from time to time driven by customer's needs
