www.tgw-group.comTGW started their operations in Scandinavia in 2010 and has since then successfully grown the business to a yearly turnover of approx. 5 million Eur. TGW is now looking to expand their operations in Scandinavia by recruiting a new Head of Sales. Head of Sales will lead the business expansion and be paired with a new Head of Applications Development with the mission to establish TGW as a key provider of advanced logistic solutions in Scandinavia and with the task to grow the existing business.
Main challenges are:
• To develop binding relationships with decision makers and
influencers at all levels
• To establish TGW as an approved supplier of choice within target
companies
• To identify new business and convert to contracts
• To manage Key Accounts and existing relationships
• To successfully manage gained projects/contracts from start to
finish working together with international teams in TGW Northern
Europe
• To gather ?intelligence? on customer needs, competitors activity,
products and pricing strategy
• To contribute to the development of appropriate business
strategies for TGW
Sales cycles vary between three months up to two years and a typical project can vary between a 6 months contract up to two years. The position reports directly to Sales Director Northern Europe.
Required experiences and qualities of the person we are
looking for:
• experience from the industry and/or from the customer segment
• an experienced sales person of technically complex
solutions/products with a good track record
• a good leader
• an academic degree in either Business Management or Engineering
• a good business mind
• high capacity and a strong ?drive?
• structured and goal oriented
• the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
• a professionally confident person
• good judgement and integrity
• very good English skills (both written and spoken)
