Do you have extensive knowledge of GMP and Quality Assurance and the ability to engage and inspire cross-functional teams? We have an immediate opening for a Head of Quality Assurance for Hydrogen Peroxide approved as veterinary medicine. The product is produced in Bohus and Alby in Sweden and in Rjukan in Norway.
As Head of Quality Assurance for GMP for Hydrogen Peroxide you will maintain the GMP compliance by fulfilling the GMP requirements for the product.
Main responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional GMP Management Team and GMP Quality Team for Europe
Monitor compliance to the requirements of GMP and report GMP status to management team
Ensure the three manufacturing sites are coordinated at the same level regarding GMP requirements
Support QP, Head of QC and Head of Production at all sites to fulfil the GMP requirements
Ensure that change control, testing, qualification/validation, customer complaints, recall procedure, stability program and non-conformities are properly handled
Approve raw material specifications
Establish quality contracts for suppliers of raw-materials and service providers
Coordinate external and internal audits, and audits of suppliers and service providers
Coordinate and ensure GMP training of personnel and approve common written procedures for GMP
Stay updated on requirements regarding GMP and GDP

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Regional Quality Manager EMEIA. The position is preferably placed is Bohus but Rjukan and Alby may also be considered.

Pharmacist, MSc in Chemistry or similar
Experience from Pharmaceutical and/or Chemical industry
Extensive experience in GMP and Quality standards
Experience in quality risk assessment and audits
Skills in leading people, in projects or as a manager
Good communication skills and ability to cooperate
Fluent in Swedish and English
