Head of Perfomance Solutions, within OSS solutions , Global Services & Operations, IT Architecture and Transformation

IT, Transformation & Architecture develops, implements and maintains future proof cloud based architecture framework to ensure that we can deliver products and services to our customers in all markets. We develop, implement and maintain internal IT solutions for Telia Company's all employees supporting global internal processes and way of working. We ensure that transformation initiatives are in line with future targets and monitor Telia Company's transformation initiatives.

As part of the IT, Transformation & Architecture (ITAT) organization we are now looking for a someone to lead our Monitoring Solutions team within our OSS Solutions unit.

OSS Solutions

OSS solutions within ITAT is responsible for Architecture, Design, Development, Maintenance and Service Management related to Telia Company common OSS IT solutions. From an IT domain point of view the unit is responsible for the RAN planning and presentation and service assurance applications, and IT service domain of Operations Support Systems. Business owners of these services are primarily Group and Country Networks and Service Assurance & Operations organisations including process owners for RAN planning& build and service assurance .

Job description
Head of Perfomance Solutions is a member of the OSS Solutions management team reporting to Head of OSS Solutions. As Head of Perfomance Solutions you will be is responsible for managing and controlling development, delivery and maintenance of group common IT OSS Services (Traffic Monitoring, Active and Passive probing) and IT Support Services delivered through in-house and external, platforms and applications. The focus will be to drive towards increased customer and service orientation, harmonization, simplification, consolidation and satisfaction, of both IT Services and related business processes.

You are, as manager for the unit, responsible for delivering expected results according to the defined targets, applying technology governance and vision.

The main responsibilities will be:

Provide performance management IT services that enable Data acquisition for SA process and analytics purposes. Traffic monitoring and optimisation functions to deliver value efficiently in the Service Assurance & Operations. IT systems development and maintenance per the agreed SLA with the business owner Acting as ISO and managing the budget for the named systems.
Expectations on you as Head of Perfomance Solutions are genuine interest for cooperation with the peers and stakeholders in different units, as well as desire to develop the organization towards more customer centric organization. You will be a key contributor to the success of ITAT and Global Services and Operations.

Qualifications

You have extensive business experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector. You have successful and bold leadership experience as manager You optimize execution through goal and objective setting with related KPIs. You manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity You are capable to respond resourcefully and responsively to challenging situations and able to foster a calming environment on the organization. You have solid work experience from international environment You have university degree in a relevant field You have excellent skills both in written and spoken English
