Do you want to be a part of our exciting journey to fully digitalize HR and be a key player driving Saab into the future way of working within the people area? In the role as head of PDS you are part of Group Function Human Resources and accountable for PDS on group level. You report to Head of People Operations.
You will have the overall responsibility for all people digital solutions, current and future. You are a main contender driving the required digital changes to meet new demands. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in the HR organisation and IT as well with current and future vendors and external partners. You have full budgeting responsibility for the area.
The PDS team consist of 6 employees but we have plans to expand the group.
The team oversees all HR related tools, handling everything from the first request of a new tool through the implementation of the tool. They are responsible for Workday release management; configuration/development and deployment of new modules/systems. Accountable for implementation, reporting and improvement of controls to meet standards, legal requirements for information security and GDPR.
You responsibilities as Head of PDS:
* Full budgeting responsibility for the area
* Responsible for BSA (Business Solution Area)
* Supplier/vendor relations and assessment
* Accreditation owner HR
* Master data owner
* GDPR coordinator HR
* BSO (Business Solution Owner)
* Representative Group Function IT Council
Your profile
You have a passion for new technologies, trends and a driving force for digitalization within the People area. In this role, you will be shaping the ways of working in the people area for HR, managers and employees. We look for a leader with extensive collaboration skills and courage.
This is a position that calls for someone who understand business, processes, IT solutions, stakeholder needs and people. Experience of HR SaaS solutions, preferably Workday as well as system management and development based on agile principles and tools. Experience from global complex projects end-to-end with business and IT is an advantage.
You have a genuine interest to develop, coach, lead your team of professionals towards new ways of working.
You are a structured person with the ability to prioritise. You take responsibility and deliver results. Keeping the business value in focus always able looking to the bigger picture. You are proactive and good at both setting requirements as well as be a recipient of requirements. You are communicative and can talk to people at all level.
You have relevant academic educational background, experience and proven record of accomplishment from senior leadership positions. In this role, you need excellent knowledge in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

People Digital Solution is a part of People Operations within Group Human Resources that is responsible for strategic personnel issues based on the long-term needs of the business operation in Saab AB. The group is geographical dispersed on 4 sites.
