Within the Digital Workspace team, part of Group IT, we are now looking for strong leader to head our Information & Document Management team. In this role, you will create and ensure Customer/Stakeholder value and satisfaction. Your team is responsible for delivering solutions for formal document management, eSignatures, brand assets, patent handling and software archiving. The portfolio consists of applications such as Documentum, Adobe Creative Cloud, Templafy, DocuSign, Brand House, Patent Archive, WinPat as well as SW archiving solutions based on Git and Artifactory for our developer's community. Your main purpose as an ICT Line Manager will be to support, directly or indirectly via the unit resources and to understand and align to overall Strategies, Processes and Delivery Models.
Responsibilities:
To be successful in your role we believe you need to have strong leadership and people management skills. You also need strong qualifications in building and maintaining strong relationships both internally within Ericsson and externally with partners. You need to understand the overall IT strategies, processes, and delivery models. As the Head of Information & Document Management you are responsible for the overall users' experiences and IT solutions we provide globally.
Your will lead team members who work as Strategic Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Managers. As a member of the Digital Workspace Leadership Team you are also expected to contribute in the unit strategy and leadership team activities to evolve our Digital Workspace offerings and solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Education: MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience
5-10 years of experience from IT Management or IT Product Management
