Reporting to CFO, you will be responsible for VikingGenetics' IT services. In this position, you will enable and maintain our IT systems that support and enhance our ability to provide important services.
Your main tasks will be:
• Deliver project management in regard to IT projects across the company in all business processes
• Handle software selection and implementation processes
• Ensure uptime on systems through vendors
Navision, Citrix, VikingBull and Avaya phone system
• Buy/Install hardware (mobile phones, computers, printers, switches)
• Manage phone operators and internet providers
• Ensure users/customers get needed support
You will have shared management responsibility for 3 persons placed in Finland, Sweden and Denmark, all working 20% with IT.
The main office is located in Assentoft, close to Randers, Denmark. Two national centres are located in Hollola, Finland, and Skara, Sweden. Your location depends on your residence. Overnight travel approximately 30 days, depending on business conditions.
Your qualifications:
• A University or business school degree - preferably a master level within IT, or similar
• 3+ years' experience as IT Manager
• Minimum 5 years' experience of project management
• Business understanding from an international company
• First class communication skills, able to operate professionally and effectively at all levels
• English language at fluent level - oral and written
• Leadership skills
