Join us in a pivotal leadership role where you will spearhead the newly formed Intelligent Statistics and Analytics (ISA) team within the Customer Technical Support (CTS) organization and reporting directly to the RDC Head. Imagine leading a group of talented Analytics Developers and Reliability Engineers, driving innovation through data analytics and reliability engineering. You will define and execute strategies that leverage data-driven insights to enhance product and service reliability across the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster a culture of high performance and accountability. How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Analytics Developers and Reliability Engineers, fostering accountability and professional growth.
* Implement departmental policies and strategies to achieve short-term results for the ISA team, ensuring resource allocation aligns with operational goals.
* Direct the development and implementation of statistical models and analytical tools to enhance product reliability and support services.
* Drive process improvements based on data-driven insights, ensuring the quality and integrity of all analytical outputs and technical solutions.
* Collaborate with peer teams and influence stakeholders to adopt new analytical practices, serving as the primary point of contact for the ISA team's deliverables.
What You Bring
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
* Extensive experience in data analytics, software development, or reliability engineering, with a proven track record in managing technical teams.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and nurture high-performing teams.
* Proficiency in analytical skills, systems engineering, and process improvement methodologies.
* Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with experience in budgeting and project management.
About the Team
The ISA team consists of employees with a variety of backgrounds in engineering, data science, programming and reliability engineering. The ISA team is focused on sustaining & developing analytics for sensor data from the GS D fleet RDC's and collecting, aggregating and delivering insights from fleet Operation statistics. The team is global, mainly located in the PCC locations for the products such as Finspång in Sweden and Lincoln & Warwick in UK but also in RAP and RLA.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
