We are now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to scale our business and launch our software solutions across the globe. The location for this position is at the Epicenter in Stockholm, Sweden, and you report to the Vice President of Global Marketing, SAMT.

Your mission - experiment, experiment, experiment...
In this position, you constantly experiment to identify the best campaigns to scale and generate revenue, and you're responsible for determining life time value and adjusting acquisition efforts accordingly. In close collaboration with our marketing leadership team and other key stakeholders, you plan and execute growth campaigns in line with our growth strategy and market trends, and along with this, you cultivate a well-balanced blend of paid, earned, social, content and affiliate marketing programs, and keep an eye on our budget, and you develop and own all demand generation strategies and programs and nurture campaigns. A key part of your role is that you're responsible for the entire customer lifecycle - from awareness, engagement and conversion to retention and advocacy - taking the lead in events that connect us with customers, including conferences, meetups and tradeshows.

We're looking for someone with a background of at least four years from growth marketing in a B2B tech company, and outstanding knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hubspot, Pardot, Facebook Pixel Tracking and Salesforce. You also have solid experience of creating customer acquisition and retention strategies using an experimental approach taking the entire marketing mix into consideration. A strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence regarding planning and execution of revenue generating marketing campaigns is also important, and so is familiarity with all areas of content marketing. As we operate on the global stage, your English skills must be exceptional, verbally and in writing.
You're business minded, analytical, and truly interested in development, and this together with your independent working style and "can do attitude", are your cornerstones when facing challenges. You have outstanding communication skills that you use to collaborate and build relationships, and to inspire and motivate your team. You're curious and eager to make change, and as your team grows, you must also display strong leadership skills in order to lead a team towards successfully achieving both marketing and company-wide goals!
