The role:
As a result of our hypergrowth we are now looking to strengthen our organization with a Head of Global Logistics. You will play an important role in developing and managing a world class logistics function on our journey towards a more sustainable future. You will be a part of the global organization and report to our CSCO Christer Kollberg (

• Establish the culture to support internal/external customers
• Drive and steer international logistics functions for optimal results while working in collaboration with all our Svea countries.
• Create and implement processes and procedures for logistics activities and global footprint.
• Set goals (OKR) and govern E2E supply chain performance through metrics and a continuous performance improvement strategy.
• Manage the talent strategy - train logistics personnel in roles or responsibilities and implementations of global logistics strategies.
• Participate in carrier negotiations and management processes such as selection, qualification, and performance evaluation.
• Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, or final disposal.

Who you are:

You always strive to push yourself and help others to achieve results by adjusting your communication to fit the audience and the message.
Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or higher.
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics/transportation
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in international shipping, customs clearance, documentation, and carrier management.
• Certification in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient with technology and able work with data to provide detailed analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be detailed oriented, proactive in anticipating requirements and able to work efficiently with minimal direction in a sometimes high pressure environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously at multiple worldwide locations
• Ability to travel (both domestic and international) when business needs arise
• Strong motivational, training, and people skills
• Fluent in English
