Job Summary
Global Campaigns is a new unit within Campaigns and Demand Generation in GF Marketing & Communications. The Global Campaigns units is responsible for leading the planning, execution and follow up on prioritized global campaigns and demand generation initiatives. The focus is to design campaigns across all channels that move customers through the customer journey, from awareness to buying decision.
As Head of Global Campaigns you will lead a team of global campaign managers and demand generation specialists. You will be responsible for both perception and sales enablement campaigns, excluding pure brand perception campaigns.
The Global Campaigns unit will work in very close collaboration with several marketing and communication functions and with Sales.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Responsible for planning and execution of prioritized global marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives across the portfolio and across all channels with the purpose to create awareness and engagement, nurture the interest and convert to qualified leads
Responsible for creative development, message crafting, & content asset plans for global campaigns. Work with the brand team for synergies
Manage agency relationships to ensure quality results and efficient program spend
Responsible for digital media spend to support demand generation
Define and manage budget allocation for optimal performance
Responsible for developing content assets for prioritized global campaigns, and 360 activation plans for key product launches
Develop and activate the one campaign framework for Networks, IT; Media and Industries, including noise breakers
Responsible for content structure for global major events.
Drive continuous evaluation of campaigns effectiveness to identify improvement areas and KPI & target fulfillment.
Managerial responsibilities for direct reports, including individual performance management, prioritizations for team members and day to day operational management

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
Strong leadership skills/people management skills
Experience from leading in change
Experience from executing global marketing campaigns
Experience from demand generation
Experience from digital marketing and marketing software
Strong focus on execution and measurable results
• 10 years of experience from marketing and/or sales
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Previous line management experience
Experience from establishing a new team
Resource management (including budget management)
Experience working in a dynamic and fast moving environment
Experience from B2B sales in IT/Telecom industries
