Your mission
We are looking for someone who will lead the team who is responsible for securing that the operations for Care by Volvo and other Global online businesses to have the products and processes for a seamlessly smooth and successful run. This includes solutions for the order to delivery, fleet, and usage. As a leader, you foster innovation, create and build a high performing team with an effective Product Manager and Product Owner.
You understand and can maximize value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities from a business perspective as well as developing the vision and roadmap for the team responsibilities. In this role, you use your creativity, business insight, and relentless attention to detail to secure that solutions are developed for new Global Online businesses. This is over multiple geographic markets by securing manning solutions, competencies, and digital development within the Market implementation projects. You have a global perspective and understand differences in values and cultural environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to keep building upon a scalable business in an everchanging disruptive industry to increase volumes, markets, efficiency in operations products, and processes. The scope will grow as we scale up, where you are important and the decisions that you make have a direct impact on the future successes of both business and people.
To be successful we see that you can manage multiple stakeholders including customer needs, Agile Release Trains that we have dependencies too, and when applicable the Solution Train. You have a holistic view to understand needs, split capabilities, and epics to define and prioritize features and program enablers.
You will also
• Approve features delivered by the teams, including validation that the feature meets acceptance criteria and has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests.
• Secure that process and products are in place at the time for go-live in a market
• Collaborate with the teams, Solution-, and System Architects to define both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assessing metrics, including evaluating business value achieved versus plan
• Participating in the Pre- and Post-PI planning to define the inputs, milestones, and high-level objectives.
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a manager with the ability to create clarity, show courage, empower teams with a proven successful track record. If you also have experience in developing and implementing fleet business paired with hands-on experience from fleet operations with-in leasing companies, then you should probably keep reading and apply for this role.
We also see that, and you are detail and results-oriented with strong financial acumen. You have professional experience from working with markets and preferable also with retailers in the automotive industry. With an outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and independently you optimize processes. Having a holistic viewpoint, being value-oriented with the ability to capitalize on synergies through effective communication you inspire and motivate others towards a common vision.
In previous roles, you have experience from working in cross-functional environments where you handled a wide range of activities in parallel involving multiple stakeholders and cultures. You have an understanding of Global Online Business as well as the Care by Volvo subscription model including, but not limited, to process knowledge, Care By Volvo order to delivery, and fleet.

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include
• Bachelor's in business, economics or similar
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Fleet operation experience from leasing companies or similar
• Experience within order to delivery, fleet, and usage including Salesforce, Miles, VISTA, and SAP
• Skilled in data mining
• Fluent in English verbal and written
