For our common IT services, we're now looking for a Head of Finance to join us, as we build a finance department well equipped and eager to support the IT business delivery. Someone who understands the importance of continuously working on smarter solutions to keep us two steps ahead. With your team being based in Sandviken, this is your preferred location and we need your presence here on a regular basis, although our office in Kista could be an option.
Are you up for the challenge?
With extensive experience from strategic and operational finance management - and the ability to develop a strong, cohesive team - you deliver the absolute best and most reliable action recommendations, financial and business information to our management and the entire organization. A small part of your job is to provide the Sandvik CIO with additional support in common IT Finance matters. By participating in the early stages of organizational changes, digitalization and decisions makings, you take on a more strategic role, leaving you to actually make numbers talk and by that, bring value to the entire organization.
How you do this?
By being an analytical and involving leader combined with excellent communication skills, you have what it takes to connect with people all over our global organization - i.e. your English need to be outstanding, whilst any knowledge in Swedish is a plus. You want to grow and help others do the same, and as a proactive doer you have the guts and will to make changes, try new things and take quick decisions. All in all, you speak a language that suits the broad audience and your empowering ways leave a positive impact!
