This role is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting fintech companies out there. You'll become acquainted with all aspects of NETS Merchant Services from the acquiring business to the terminal business. The Head of Direct Sales will be part of the Nordic Sales Leadership team. Nets Merchants Services specifically, and the payment industry in general, is in the midst of a massive transformation and you'll be right in the centre.

Your main responsibilities
We'd like for you to assume responsibility of the following:
Leading and motivating a new team of 8-10 colleagues. All based in Stockholm, and the target segment is SME (Small and Medium sized Enterprises).
Further strengthening of team with new colleagues
Increasing â'pulse and clock speed' in the existing organization and installing a profound sales culture
Coaching and development of colleagues in team
Meeting and exceeding an already ambitious growth agenda - we have an exciting opportunity to expand further in the SME segment in Sweden with competitive offerings combined with a great sales power
P responsible for both maintaining and nurturing existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers.
Implementing our new strategy in the Direct Sales team, incl. business/ activity planning and forecasting

Ideal qualifications and experience:
Relevant degree with strong academic performance
Minimum 5 years' experience of sales management in high paced sales environment
First-hand experience with sales of solutions based products and services
Excited about people and people development, with ability to set the right team, lead, motivate, inspire and develop a sales team
Ambitious, goal orientated with a strong will to win and an engrained can do attitude
Thrives in a hectic and change oriented environment
Strong command of English: both verbal and written; Other Nordic language a plus.
Co-op or internship experience in retail or e-commerce payments environment is a strong asset
