We believe it's the players' game, and to develop it further we must shift into a stewards mindset and bring the community into our game team. We also know and respect the fact that we don't always know where the best idea is hiding. Chances are that a large portion of them live within our community.
You're a seasoned Community builder within games and realise that it's not only about the players and spectators, but content creators as well. We believe creators have shifted the way that games make it into the market (or not) and the "show-maker" creativity needs to be enabled at the foundation of our games.
This is a trailblazing opening for a community building visionary with the drive to create games (and brand) that creators, players and spectators will come to rely on.
You'll join the leadership of a seriously backed and seasoned game crew, and build out all things community and partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
Drive the vision, strategy and execution for establishing our community
Cleverly scale our communities to appropriate sizes for playtesting and PR
Initiate and maintain relationships with content creators
Define, implement and analyse community KPIs
Regularly influence the game team with key community learnings
Recruit and lead a Community and Social Media Manager when the studio scales
What we'd like to see:
Shipped multiple successful games in a hands-on lead community role
Established and scaled gaming communities
Experience growing and maintaining a network of content creators and their agencies
A genuine interest and drive to be at the helm of community development within the games industry

Modoyo means the Mojo Dojo; a place where we nurture stellar collaboration and an environment where the best ideas can spring to life and flourish.
We are a new studio in Stockholm, founded by seasoned and lovely creatives from EA, Sega, DICE, King, Avalanche, Mojang and Paradox. Our belief is that the magic from which generational games are created, can only emerge in an environment of immense curiosity, ideas, conversations and collaborations in psychological safety. We intend to build and nurture that place!
Located centrally in Södermalm, our team consists of 17 talented game-makers of all levels, and we're looking to grow our team with humble and positive industry drivers.
