hela Sverige Ikano Bank is looking for an entrepreneurial and performance driven Head of Commercial Office who can be the sparring partner for our Chief Commercial Officer and play a key role in developing the Commercial Office. The main task is to navigate the bank towards our commercial targets, drive growth and secure that we perform and transform the bank. Head of Commercial Office is a newly established role that is reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Commercial Management Team.

As our Head of Commercial Office you will support the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Managers with performance management, commercial communication and administration. Head of Commercial Office will also be responsible for driving commercial initiatives across the bank, working across different functions and countries.
Head of Commercial Office main tasks:
• Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commercial Management Team to deliver on the Commercial Strategy, securing that we are a commercially driven bank with our customers in focus in everything we do.
• Responsible for developing and implementing the performance management structure within Commercial. Based on our strategy and business plan secure that objectives, key results and KPI 's are set and follow-up across our business. Developing performance reports and commercial dashboards.
• Support the Commercial Management team with administrative tasks; arranging meetings, preparing meeting material and taking notes in various Commercial forums.
• Create Commercial communication and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, i.e. presentations to management and board meetings, also being an ambassador both internally and externally for the Commercial organization.
• Responsible for Compliance/ Audit related matters from a commercial perspective
• Drive commercial initiatives/projects across the bank
