hela Sverige The Finance team within BU Radar Solutions is a functional organization which supports the different Product Units in the BU. The team consists of 14 people and is divided in to three groups in order to support the BU organization accordingly; Airborne Solutions & Mission System, Surface and Fighter & Sensor Core and Sourcing & Production.
We are now looking for a Head of Business Control for the group Airborne Solutions & Mission System, a team of 4 people.
Your role
The Head of Business Control will lead a team of business controllers supporting the PU 's. The group 's overall goal is to generate a positive business impact, provide early warning to management and secure that Saabs accounting rules are followed.
The Head of Business Control will report directly to the Business Unit (BU) controller and be a member of the BU Financial Management Team. You will also be a key member of the PU Management Team and work closely together with the PU manager.

Financial reporting and forecasting process

Financial model and business set up

Performance analysis

Project follow-up

Cash flow monitoring and action follow-up

Efficiency and cost program follow-up

Support and participate in development projects

Financial support to PU Management
Your profile
You possess a strong business acumen together with strategic awareness. Your leadership skills are proven and you have great experience from financial planning, analysis, budget and reporting.
Required background and experience:

Experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting

Good knowledge in development and empowerment of direct reports and staff
*
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Relevant academic degree

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
Surveillance, a business area within Saab, provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support and threat detection and protection. Business Unit Radar Solutions within BA Surveillance has business responsibility for surface and airborne radar systems.
The location of the position is in Gothenburg or Linköping.
