Solution Area BSS Sale Readiness and Sales Support , within BDGS, is a global sales presales support organization , focusing on providing presales techno commercial solutioning support for BSS Portfolio offerings to the Market Area's, by engaging senior professionals in customer facing pre-sales roles. The team is accountable to define and drive go to market strategies, be prime responsible for commercial discussions for SA BSS, support building the techno-commercial solutioning for presales engagements , secure and monetize the BSS installed base and enable growth through direct or channel sales in BSS portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

Lead global team, that creates impact towards our customer with our Classic BSS portfolio and secure the competence availability of presales techno commercial experts , assets so we can create value for customers & shareholders.
Lead and develop competence availability of SME's , Transformation Architects and Engagements Managers for sales support activities.
Drive transformation & techno commercial strategies through innovative ways of working, building a strong professional engagement culture.
Responsible for Business Leadership and Line Management of the BSS Domain Sales Support team globally
Responsible for day to day presales execution and presales performance
Responsible for building the solution and commercial strategy towards MA's in accordance with centralized delivery model
Support MA's on winning strategy, value articulation and differentiations
Responsible for Competence & Capability Build through hiring, training & coaching according to dimensioning
Responsible for financial forecast and OPEX management of the domain

The position as Head of BSS Domain Sales Support will report to the Head SA BSS Sales Readiness & Sales Support and will be part of the SA BSS Sales Readiness and Sales Support Leadership team.

Qualification:

Minimum 5-10 years' experience in business leadership on Pre Sales & Sales Support , with IT / Digital / BSS Transformation experience from either Ericsson or external company.
Solid and proven experience on BSS domain with complex BSS Transformation Sales Engagements , Delivery experience will be value add.
Solid and proven experience managing Senior Sales Support Professionals
Significant customer-facing experience with customer orientation and business minded - has a consultative approach and focus on profitability.
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very strong leadership, ability to drive change
High agility, ability to work in an uncertain, dynamic environment
Deep understanding of commercial management and sales processes of Ericsson
Ability to form strong relationships and influence MAs
Establish strong collaborative culture with peers and overall management team.
High degree of accountability and integrity.
Performance and Results oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility and empowerment.
Good English language skills oral and written.
Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial - and Delivery models.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
