The role
It is in this transformation context, this role has a unique opportunity to contribute the journey we embark on. In the organization Service Portfolio and Delivery, we are at the forefront of this change and in the section Service Operations you will be at the heart of driving and supporting this change in our Scania network. By that creating the right conditions for an efficient retail and wholesale operation that will excel in the transformation ahead.

Responsibilities
• Create new leading asset and uptime services enabling our customers to take the leap to industry leading uptime.
• Enhance existing services like Scania Fleixble Maintenance, Scania ProCare and Scania Fleet Care.
• Make sure our services offering is continuously refined and supporting our customers to stay ahead of their competition
• Work together with surrounding stakeholders to deliver end-end value for our customers
• Lead the team both in terms of strategic development and operational optimization, to improve our customer value.
• Develop the members of the team to unlock the true potential in everyone.
Your profile
You have an agile mindset with understanding of service development and digital transformation. You have an understanding of how Scania service business works, capability to impact the shift to electrification and growth target of Services businesses in upcoming years. Ability to act as a leader with experience in developing people, taking the organizations to the next level through digital transformation strategy and change management. You value team spirit, high pace and are a fast learner. You are proactive, pragmatic and make sure to find solutions to the identified challenges.
In this role you need to enjoy working in cross functional positions and are eager to develop existing ways of working, into even more agile and flow-oriented structures, with customer demand at heart.
