To our Technology & IT department within Azets Sweden, we are now looking for two new Head of Applications:
* Head of Accounting Applications
* Head of Payroll Applications
Reporting to the Head of Technology & IT, these roles will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing Design, Management and Support of all applications within their respective business areas. The responsibility involves both applications from internal teams and from external suppliers.
Your team will be responsible for pricing and agreements towards our customers and making sure the applications meet customer requirements and needs. You will also be responsible for ongoing management and support of the systems and applications.
You will be manager of a team of 3-8 people with roles such as System Manager, Digital Advisor and Solution Architect.
You will work closely with a number of senior stakeholders and partners to ensure the delivery of the technology vision.
Job Requirements:
* Experience as an IT Project Manager, System Manager, Solution Architect etc.
* Experience leading a Business Systems/Applications function within a medium to large sized organization
* Experience working with both custom-made and off-the-shelf applications
* Track record of managing and developing a team
* Extensive experience working with 3rd-party vendors/integrators
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with either Payroll applications or Accounting applications
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
This role is based in our Solna Office in Sweden and we apply flexible working, meaning 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
