Overall CIC UK HCAM Leadership Responsibilities
Lead the UK CIC HCAM operation
Adherence to Compensation Design set by CHQ HCAM
Own and manage HR Policies relating to C&B, Employee and Labor Relations, On-Boarding/Off?Boarding, Expense Reimbursement
Compliance to all statutory requirements
Ownership of Processes and Business Controls
Account teams and BU engagement. UK IOT Interface
Compensation and Benefits, Policies, Provisions Ownership
Adherence to the Design of the C&B policy by CHQ HCAM for the HCAMers in accordance with the Immigration & Labor laws
Own and update the Employee Handbook and Compensation Grid as changes are needed
Overall control authority over individual Compensation Calculations and Approver
Contribute to changes in compensation policy, benefits structure, and process improvement
Process & Compliance Ownership
Develop, maintain, and execute UK CIC HCAM processes and provisions to ensure compliance with C&B design principles, internal / external compliance, and they meet business objectives for retention, competitive time to onsite, and employee focused on client work
Responsible for Onboarding and Separations
Compliant HCAM related filing and documentation of Personnel records
Business Controls Process ownership
Leverage and work with CHQ resources to deploy global tools with appropriate customizations effectively
Interface with key partners : Onsite Payroll, LSS teams, India Payroll, LoA, Immigration, India Separations, Amex, Payables, HRMS, Auto billing team to produce a well-integrated end to end process
Employee, Account Engagement & Relations
Engage with Account teams and BU to check that HCAM program and process satisfy business objectives and resolve gaps or escalate
Manage employee relations issues and escalations, including compensation, for HCAMers in all areas of HR
Engage in discussions with HCAM CHQ, UKI and India account/project teams to provide information on topics such as immigration, compliance, and HR policy for HCAMers
Understand immigration rules and be able to explain immigration impacts to account teams
Scorecard
Report standard metrics and maintain HCAM score card
