The group Purchase 2 Pay, IZAB, are supporting Scania with financial solutions covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania's business is changing over time and we shall support our business and increase our ability to make use of our information assets and utilize new technology for our business digital transformation.
We're now looking for a driven agile manager that can lead this transformation by using agile work methods and that knows how to enable the best in a development team via Servant Leadership at the forefront of your leadership.
Your Responsibility
As our new group manager you will lead the team on the digital and agile journey we have ahead of us. As a Servant Leader you will guide and support your team to develop innovative and cost efficient solutions and services to maximize business value.
One of your groups main responsibilities is to architect, choose and implement an integrated IT-solution to our global IT landscape. Our business has a focus on digitalization, harmonization and streamlining their processes and we shall support them in that endeavor with the best solutions. We also have ongoing efforts to move towards SaaS and Cloud solutions to secure the future.
Your daily challenges will be to:
• Motivate, engage and develop your team-members.
• Ensure your teams ability by developing self-organized teams built on agile way of thinking.
• Set and follow-up goals together with the team, based on the goals for the section Finance IT.
• Secure that competence and resources are according the groups assignment.
• Be a member in the sections management group, where we together lead and develop strategies for the section.
• Work with continuous improvements and follow-up in the areas concerning cost, IT-solutions and agile ways of working.
Your Profile
We believe that you are an forward thinking leader and experienced manager from a relevant field within IT, and preferably Finance as well. We would like to see that you previously have lead a team for IT-development and driven organizational change, especially Agile transformations and ways of working.
We need leaders that dare to drive change and constantly challenge the way we are working. We therefore believe that you as a leader, communicate expectations clearly and understand that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both teams and individuals. You are a good coach and can adapt your leadership skills to different situations.
Having a close dialogue and cooperation with the business is natural to you as to understand your team's deliverables. Doing this by having a good knowledge in IT and an interest in handling both strategic and technical discussions.
